These Terms of Use govern your use of the website at www.sundayinteriors.co. The site is operated by Christina Burnham, doing business as Sunday Interiors (“Sunday Interiors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You may use the website for lawful, personal purposes, including learning about our studio and contacting us about a potential project. Inquiries and design services
Submitting an inquiry or communicating with us does not create a client relationship, guarantee our availability, or commit either party to a project. Our design services are governed by a separate written agreement. That agreement sets out the project scope, fees, purchasing, payment, delivery, installation, and other service terms. If these website terms conflict with a signed design agreement, the signed agreement governs the design services.
Website information
Our website shares general information about our studio, services, and projects. Website content is for general information and inspiration. It is not a substitute for project-specific design documents or advice from a licensed architect, engineer, contractor, or other qualified professional. Photographs and colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and display settings. Product details and availability may change.
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information current, but it may contain errors or become outdated. We may change our services, content, or website at any time.
Intellectual property
Website content, including photographs, text, drawings, graphics, logos, and branding, is owned by Christina Burnham, doing business as Sunday Interiors, or by its respective rights holders and is protected by law. If you send photographs, floor plans, inspiration images, or other project materials, you allow us to review and use them as reasonably needed to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. This does not transfer ownership or give us permission to use your materials in public marketing. We will address any permission for project photography, testimonials, or other promotional use separately.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information through a general website inquiry form.
Third-party websites
The website may link to third-party websites or services and may display embedded social content, including an Instagram feed. These terms do not change any dispute-resolution process in a signed client agreement.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms here and revise the “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively, and we will provide any additional notice or obtain consent where required by law.
