Esplanade rebuild

Nestled among Chico's tree-lined Esplanade, this old soul was given new life following a tragic fire. With generations of family memories tied to the property, the design sought to honor the original character of the century-old home while creating a welcoming foundation for the family who would call it home next.

Traditional details were chosen throughout to echo the home’s history, while a soft neutral palette, Carrara marble, and polished nickel lend familiar elegance. Guided by a careful budget and a deep respect for its past, the rebuild brings warmth and enduring charm honoring both its history and the new chapter about to unfold.
